Metro Link WiFi provides fixed wireless internet access in select service areas. Availability depends on location, line-of-sight, upstream capacity, and network conditions.
As of the Effective Date above, the service may be in a pilot or pre-launch state. Informational materials do not constitute a promise of availability, install dates, or speeds.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a specific speed at all times. We design for reliable, usable connectivity and will communicate known maintenance windows or major outages when feasible.
Your use is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We prioritize education and warnings, and reserve termination for repeated or serious violations.
We collect and use information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell customer data.
We comply with the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA) and other applicable laws. We respond to lawful requests only when legally required and do not provide voluntary surveillance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jadesean, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for service in the prior month (or, if no paid service exists, $0).
Either party may terminate service as allowed by the applicable plan terms. We may suspend or terminate for non-payment, network abuse, or legal compliance, consistent with the AUP and applicable law.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable U.S. federal law.
